Gary Hughes presenting at UK international business crime conference

33 Chancery Lane is a leading London set of barristers chambers, specialising in financial wrongdoing cases and corporate regulatory or criminal investigations.  Each year, 33CL runs a business crime conference, which was traditionally focused on UK and European clients and lawyers but since the onset of Covid-19 has become a virtual conference, permitting more international participation.

Gary Hughes is delighted to be invited to present at this prestigious conference in 2021. He will be offering a southern hemisphere perspective on the topic of corporate self-reporting and cooperation with the regulators.

The presentation will be chaired by Amanda Pinto QC, immediate past-president of the UK Bar Council, and the subject is entitled:

“What’s in it for the corporation? Engaging with the prosecution, self-reporting and deferred prosecution agreements”

The 6th Annual Business Crime Conference will take place on 25th November 2021, commencing at 9am (London GMT).  Delegates attendance will be remote.

See 33 Chancery Lane for details, and Gary’s personal website for background.
